So I'd like to say my opinion on it here.
After all, I think this attempt is very interesting from 2 points.

1. Ordinary people
They can contribute to charities with no difficulties.
The only thing they have to do is to click the banners.
It is also possible for even those who are so busy that they cannnot do charities usually. It is another good point that even children can contribute too.

2. Sponsors
They also get benefits from this attempt. They can make viewers to go their HPs, see their advertisement. Moreover, they can improve their company image through this attempt.
For instance, I think ½Ð¸÷ have succeeded to build a company brand. Many commercial message of it about its CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) have established positive image against ½Ð¸÷. (If you often watch Âê̾¤Î¤Ê¤¤²»³Ú²ñ, you may understand it lol)

Hmm, actually, there are scratching things like that this attempt is conducted by A COMPANY.

However, finally, a huge amount of money is collected, and it helped many people as a result.
So, I think it's good.

It has been more than 2 years since President Bush declared the end of large-scale battles.

When Iraq War started, public opinions were relatively proprtionate comparing with that of now. Some people were for the war, while other people that were nearly as many as the former were against it, though many representatives supported the war.

However, it seems that the power of the latter has been getting bigger and bigger these days.
Since around the net fatalities of US army excessed over 2000, more US ordinary people have acted more actively to make government withdraw army from Iraq. Besides, according to latest poll, 19% hope immediate evacuation, 33% hope evacuation in 1 year.
At the same time, also in the Congress, the power balance has changed. Tuesday, US congress passed a law that demands President Bus to show the plan for partial evacuation from Iraq. In addition, some representatives are insisting on immediatte (in a half year) evacuation.

In this way, we can say that whole of US is beginning to think of early evacuation from Iraq.

However, I think,

Can US evacuate from Iraq in this situation?

(I don't mention about the ability, but ethical and moral problems.)

Well, I'd like to confirm 2 points to think about this.

The first point is that US did'nt have any valid evidences to war.
There are no resolutions of Security Council that is the only way to authorize military force. And there are no emergencies that could be the reason of self defense war. Iraq didn't have nuclear weapons, Iraq had nothing to do with Al-Qaeda.
The second point is that though the situation in Iraq has improved in fact, still, we should not be optimistic. Rebuilding of national military has many troubles, DDR is not going well, and there is no end to the terrorism(just today, suicide bom killed more than 60 peoples).

Now, can US evacuate from Iraq in this situation?
Indeed, the idea that US army is the cause of terrorism may be powerful to a certain extent.
However, can US be permitted to run away from Iraq neglecting Iraq people despite that US destroyed their lives with no reason(though some may feel better than Husayn)?

If US did so, I think it is quite irresponsible.
Although US should evacuate from Iraq sometime, now is NOT the time to do so.
